beatrice. Ulcinj is my favourite seaside resort in serbia-montenegro. I go there every summer. Starting with July, this place fills up with tourists from all over the world, and the holiday atmosphere is all arround. You haven't seen anything if you haven't been to Ulcinj in July or August. Can even take your yacht to the town's port ( if you have one ).
