buggy. The only thing worth seeing in Budva is it's old town. The architecture of the medieval Stari Grad, which is enclosed by walls and looks like a fortress reminds you of the times the Ottomans were here. The cool small shops and boutiques are really nice, while a beer in one of the many open air cafes reminds you of the Paris in the 20's.
