bill. I was on holiday there last June, and as I was moving from one seaside resort to another, I encountered a musical festival in Budva. It was traditional music and stuff, not really the kind of things I go for, but this one was different. I really recommend it, if you wanna have a feel of the Balkans, the old traditions and stuff.
